IMMOFINANZ announces the signing of a lease agreement with the retailer Profi for a period of ten years. The contract covers workspaces located on an area of over 4,000 square meters, the equivalent of four floors of the Baneasa Airport Tower building.

“This transaction comes at the end of an extensive project to modernize the Baneasa Airport Tower building, part of IMMOFINANZ’s strategy of continuous adaptation to the current needs of tenants and providing the best conditions for medium and long-term development,” said Fulga Dinu, Country Manager Operations IMMOFINANZ Romania.

“The current specifics of the labor market of specialized personnel require us to offer in Bucharest more jobs for our specialists who do not take into account the possibility of relocating to Timisoara. We are constantly improving the standards in our network, so we are redesigning our offices in Timisoara and preparing to increase the office space in Bucharest to provide current and future colleagues with working conditions in line with the trends of top European companies,” said Pawel Musial, CEO & Executive Chairman at Profi Rom Food.

The area rented by Profi covers workspaces and is located on the top four floors of the Băneasa Airport Tower building. The Baneasa Airport Tower building has a total leasable area of 6,931 sqm, being organized on nine levels: two basements, a ground floor, plus six upper floors.
