    Published on

CTP, the largest owner, and developer of industrial and logistics space in Romania, has partnered with Blum, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of furniture hardware. CTP will set up a 2,200 sqm warehouse for the Austrian manufacturer’s subsidiary in CTPark Bucharest North.

Blum Romania is expanding its existing warehouse space to respond to the growth recorded in recent years in the furniture hardware manufacturing industry, which has also been reflected in the group’s global financial results.

“We welcome our partners at Blum, it’s a highly regarded premium brand and we’re glad to have the opportunity to be part of their expansion. The furniture manufacturing industry is constantly growing, and we are convinced that CTPark Bucharest North, as well as the other parks in our portfolio, can offer complete solutions to meet all the specific needs of this sector”, said Andrei Koszti, Regional Commercial Manager, CTP Romania.

The new warehouse became operational in the first quarter of this year and is the main distribution point for all products in the company’s portfolio.

“Proximity to our showroom in Otopeni, easy access and the possibility to expand our logistics facilities in the future were the key points when we opted for CTPark Bucharest North. We also highly appreciated the availability of the CTP team and their ability to respond quickly to all our specific requests”, said Andrei Emil Miinea, Administrator, Blum Romania.
