Emerson, a global technology and software company, is to be a Globalworth tenant starting with April 2022. The company has signed a seven-year lease for a 1,100 square meter office space in the Globalworth Campus C in Bucharest.

Emerson is comprised of two global business platforms — Automation Solutions and Commercial & Residential Solutions. Employees from Emerson’s Automation Solutions’ business will operate from the Globalworth Campus building.

“Globalworth Campus is a very ambitious project, designed to provide a balanced ecosystem in the largest office park developed in Romania. Caring for those we house in our buildings is at the core of our business model, and we look forward to accommodating Emerson in our premium space where both indoor and outdoor environments can provide a fertile environment for innovation and progress. We would like to thank Emerson for their trust, said Ema Iftimie, Head of Leasing & Customer Care, Globalworth România.

“The Emerson office in Bucharest plays a vital role in supporting customers both locally and across the central and south eastern region of Europe. The new office space will provide employees with a modern environment that supports their daily work requirements and inspires collaboration and innovative thinking to help customers enhance their operational performance. Moving to a more energy-efficient facility also supports our commitment to environmental sustainability, by further reducing the impact of our operations on environmental resources, explained Sebastian Ferecus, General Manager, Central and South East Europe, Emerson.

Globalworth Campus is the biggest Class “A” office complex in Romania, delivering three A-class buildings housing extensive office spaces, a conference center, retail outlets and various other facilities spanning a rentable area of over 92,000 sqm. The Park has so far been chosen as an office solution by companies including Amazon, Mindspace, Dell, Ademco, Stefanini, P4Cards, Mazars, Chain IQ, Hoist, Garlic Bread, Delphi Diesel Systems, Stradale, Unicredit Services, Allianz, Carrefour, APS Romania, Lagardere, Garrett Advancing Motion, Starbucks.
