Impact Developer & Contractor received the maximum rating from the Romanian Investors Relations Association (ARIR) based on the evaluation of the VEKTOR index. This indicator of communication performance for 2021 was awarded based on a strict methodology that analyzes 15 criteria of transparency, accessibility and information swiftness provided to investors.

“The VEKTOR index assesses transparency in communication, an intrinsic value that we have assumed and which is the foundation of the trust that investors have in our company. We appreciate the efforts and involvement of ARIR and BVB for developing an environment for the growth of Romanian capital market,” said Constantin Sebesanu, CEO of Impact Developer & Contractor during the ARIR results presentation ceremony.

Impact, the first Romanian real estate development company listed on BVB, with over 30 years of activity, received, based on the evaluation of the communication actions carried out during 2021, the maximum rank. For validating this performance, objective criteria such as the existence of a communication team dedicated to investors, the frequency with which the financial results or those related to the share price were transmitted, the consistency of press releases or information on corporate governance were analyzed.
