    Published on

Egis Pharmaceuticals, the Romanian subsidiary of one of the most important pharmaceutical companies in Hungary, is among the companies that have relocated their headquarters this year to the A class office building One Tower, part of the multifunctional development One Floreasca City.

“Community is a central element in the projects we develop, so our intention is to provide not just workspaces, but integrated experiences that bring together the modern and safety office, the quality and efficiency of materials, but also quick access to a series of culinary experiences or relaxation spaces for all those who will carry out their activity here. We are glad that a company like Egis Pahrmaceuticals has chosen to have offices in One Tower and join a growing community”, says Mihai Paduroiu, CEO of Office Division One United Properties.

“We are very happy to be part of One Tower community and to relocate to a modern office building, part of an innovative concept certified by the fact that One United Properties is the first real estate developer in Romania to be awarded internationally with the ”best sustainable development” in the world at the International Property Awards 2019-2020. We are convinced that One Tower will be for us a productive work environment, a great atmosphere, an extra reason to come to work with pleasure and, last but not least, a place where creative ideas, teamwork and business are happily intertwined with care for the well-being of each colleague”, adds Arina Gholmieh, General Manager of Egis Pharmaceuticals.

Other companies that have chosen One Tower as their headquarters are McCann Worldgroup Romania, the real estate consulting company CBRE, Sanador, the law firm CMS Romania, Element group.
