    Chimcomplex Borzesti shares transfer on the BVB main market on January 17

    Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) announces that on January 17 Chimcomplex Borzesti shares, a company present on the capital market since November 1996, will start trading on the Main Market, Standard Tier, following the transfer from the AeRO market, part of the Multilateral Trading System.

    It is the second company to move from the AeRO market to the Main Market, Standard Tier, after Bittnet Systems (BNET) in June 2020.

    The last trading day of Chimcomplex Borzesti shares on the AeRO market, under the CHOB stock ticker, is January 12. The last trades with the company’s shares on the AeRO market will be settled on January 14.

    Chimcomplex Borzesti shares will begin trading on the Main Market on January 17, under a new stock ticker, CRC. The reference price from January 17 for CRC will be the closing price of the CHOB symbol from its last trading session within the MTS – AeRO Market.  The transfer of Chimcomplex Borzesti shares on the Main Market is carried out with the support of Estinvest.
