The Asset Services department of the Cushman & Wakefield Echinox real estate consulting company increased its property portfolio by 28 percent in 2021, reaching approximately 500,000 square meters of office, logistics and retail spaces, both in Bucharest and the other parts of the country, while a growth of 10-15 percent is also estimated for 2022.

Mihaela Petruescu, Partner Asset Services Cushman & Wakefield Echinox: “Today we manage the most diverse portfolio of real estate assets, covering all three commercial segments, namely offices, retail and logistics. This year’s increase has been the result of attracting new office and retail clients, as well as through the expansion of the Logicor Mogosoaia logistics park. More than ever, property owners need a reliable partner to support them in the cost optimisation process and to help them find the best solutions for the changes thay may arise from the tenants’ or buyers’ activities. ”

The latest projects which are now part of the Asset Services department portfolio are Tiriac Tower, developed by Tiriac Imobiliare and Floreasca Park, owned by Resolution Property and Zeus Capital, as well as Funshop Park Roșiorii de Vede and Funshop Park Focșani, developed by Scallier.

Moreover, the Asset Services department of Cushman & Wakefield Echinox has also expanded with new services this year, providing consultancy for obtaining Covid Compliant certificates, for Dekra Trusted Facility projects such as: Floreasca Park, emag, Orhideea, Oregon Park, but also the Safe Guard certification for The Landmark building.

The Asset Services department also includes the Corporate Facilities Management division, which has also attracted new customers, as Cushman & Wakefield Echinox currently has in its portfolio companies that occupy a total of 37,500 square meters of office space in Bucharest, Iasi, Timisoara with over 2,700 employees.
