Laura Baiasu, Wipro: “Smart cities mean time efficiency”

    Published on

“Smart cities mean time efficiency. Time is an issue that we must take into account every time. Blockchain is a technology that helps us from several perspectives. IoT and Blockchain are connected. We have a product implemented in several areas, called Wipro i-Connect. It is an easy to implement tool, with multiple benefits such as improving the customer experience, cost efficiency,” Laura Baiasu, Quality Lead Europe at Wipro Digital Operations and Platforms said during Smart Transformation Forum organized by The Diplomat-Bucharest.

“Time is being reused, reused to increase airport revenues. It is just an example, such as car rentals where these technologies can be implemented.

There are countless opportunities for standardization, automation, and implementation of more complex technologies. A topic of thought could be the change management part, the implementation of those necessary tools. The new technologies bring benefits, I would like to see these technologies implemented in Bucharest as well.”

Wipro Smart i-Connect is a ready to deploy solution that allows clients to rapidly create new revenue streams and right shift end-customer experience while reducing cost of operations. It provides clients the additional control and opportunities over their businesses required to plough their way to market leadership.
