H Pipera Lake residential project reached 75 percent occupancy rate

    Published on

Real estate developer Hagag Development Europe announces an occupancy rate of 75 percent for the 5 buildings (435 units) available in the first development phase of its residential project H Pipera Lake. These results are achieved four months prior to the completion of buildings 4 and 5. The company’s representatives estimate an increase in the occupancy rate of at least 10 percent over the next three months and are now working on planning the pre-sale stage for the second phase of the project which will break ground next year.

“I am really happy to see that H Pipera Lake has begun to grow as a young and multicultural community, as we envisioned it to be. We truly desire for our clients’ experience to be as pleasant and comfortable as possible and in order to materialize this vision of ours we are willing to invest not only in the development of the project itself, but also into a wide range of extra services and facilities. From our point of view, Aviației-Pipera is no longer a suburb, but an emerging neighbourhood which is growing year-on-year. Given this context, we are putting a lot of effort into making sure that both the infrastructure and facilities available in the area will be constantly improved, thus attracting more and more future residents.”, says Anna Cohen, Head of Marketing at Hagag Development Europe.

H Pipera Lake officially opened its gates to the current and future residents in the second quarter of this year. The project offers a wide range of services and facilities, adjacent to those available on the luxury housing segment, including rental services and landlord representation. Individuals interested in renting a residential unit can now access this service directly from the developer, or by contacting the property management provider. Likewise, complementary to the dedicated virtual concierge and the property management services, Hagag Development Europe is considering the implementation of new solutions that will further increase the comfort of its clients while bringing added value to the entire area. In consequence, the company’s representatives are currently discussing with several economic agents that are provided with the opportunity to operate leasable spaces with various commercial functions in the perimeter of the residential complex.

The developer is advancing at a fast pace with the road infrastructure works, where it has already secured a first access way that ensures a direct connection between the entrance to the complex and the Pipera Boulevard, and is now close to finalizing the primary road liaising, too, to the main street. Concurrently, the company is preparing to start working on the promenade area in the following weeks. The over 4,000 square metres parcel near the lakeshore will display, by the end of this year, a new landscape architecture with vivid green areas, bicycle and running lanes, as well as several playgrounds for children.
