    Accor opens Ibis Bucharest Politehnica hotel

    Accor announces the opening of a new hotel in Bucharest, with 158 rooms, an Albert’s Place restaurant, a bar, conference area for up to 150 guests as well as its own parking on site.

    Ibis Bucharest Politehnica is located in the central-western part of Bucharest, on the Dambovita riverside. With its Agora concept, the hotel belongs to the second generation of ibis hotels in România, and it is the first one to open in Bucharest.   

    “We are excited to be part of the return to Bucharest of the most popular hotel brand – ibis. With ibis Bucharest Politehnica, we are opening a new chapter it its story, one that brings an innovative concept and an authentic customer experience, delivered by a passionate team of professional hoteliers. We are also thrilled to introduce a brand-new concept, Agora, which provides positive, convivial atmosphere and perfect environment for students and young professionals that want to seize the day,” said Raluca Mihaescu, General Manager, ibis Bucharest Politehnica.

    Affiliated to the Ibis network, the hotel is operated by Accor, global leader in augmented hospitality, through a management contract. The investor of the hotel is Novum Invest company – reputable real estate developer with 10 years of experience on the Romanian market.
