    AmCham Romania announces new members in the Board of Directors

    Following the Annual General Meeting and elections for the Board of Directors and Auditing Committee, AmCham Romania announces new members have been elected to serve as members of the Board for a 2-year mandate, joining the 8 members who are in the second year of their mandate:

    1. Alexandru Reff, Country Managing Partner – Deloitte Romania
    2. Ciprian Lăduncă, Managing Partner – LCL
    3. Ionuț Simion, Country Managing Partner PwC Romania
    4. Cristian Sporiș, Vice-President, Head of Corporate Banking, Raiffeisen Bank Romania
    5. Ionuț Sas, VP of Tax, Payroll and Equity – UiPath

    During the first meeting following the March 25 AGM, the Board of Directors elected the President, Vice-Presidents and Treasurer as follows:

    • President: Ionuț Simion, Country Managing Partner – PwC Romania
    • Vice-President: Anca Damour, Executive Board Member – Carrefour Romania, Vice-President
    • Vice-President: Cristian Sporiș, Vice-President, Head of Corporate Banking, Raiffeisen Bank Romania
    • Treasurer: Alexander Milcev, Tax& Law Leader Romania, Partner – EY Romania

    Members at large:

    • Omer Tetik, CEO – Banca Transilvania
    • Cristian Agalopol, Central & Eastern Head Securities and Capital Markets – Citibank
    • Dorin Pena, General Manager – Cisco Romania
    • Alexandru Reff, Country Managing Partner – Deloitte Romania
    • Ciprian Lăduncă, Managing Partner – LCL
    • Sevan Kaloustian, Managing Director –  Janssen, Johnson & Johnson Romania
    • Alina Orban, Ad-interim Country General Manager –  Microsoft Romania

    The Auditing Committee for the next 1-year mandate includes:

    2. Manuela Furdui, Managing Partner Crowe Romania,
    3. Mădălina Stoica, Certified Accountant RSM Romania.

    Going forward, the Board of Directors will meet on April 1 to establish the committees and task forces leadership and the focus for this mandate.
