    Quehenberger Logistics to move all activities for Brico Depot to CTPark Bucharest West

    CTP, the largest full-service owner-developer of prime industrial and logistics property in Romania and CEE, announces that Quehenberger Logistics will move their entire logistics activity for Brico Depot Romania to CTPark Bucharest West. To fulfill the logistical needs of the company, CTP invests over 35 million Euro in the construction of the new warehouse.

    The new warehouse that CTP is building will have 102,000 sqm, with 12 drive-ins and 105 docks. The building will be BREEAM Excellent certified, and will have over 55,000 sqm of green space, 100% LED-lighting and gray water treatment and reuse facilities. The construction works will be completed by the fall of this year.

    Quehenberger Logistics operates the logistics activity for companies like Selgros or PPT inside CTP parks for over five years, having rental properties of over 150,000 sqm.
