    Spanish developer Gran Via acquires land for a new residential project in Bucharest

    The Spanish developer Gran Via Real Estate announces the acquisition of a new land in Bucharest, for the development of a new project of 90 apartments. The land is located on Fabrica de Gheata Street, in the immediate vicinity of the Urban Highway.

    “The new land with an area of 2,395 square meters will allow us to build a project of 90 apartments, for which we plan to start construction this year, with 24 months delivery date from the moment we are going to start”, says Antoanela Comsa, General Manager, Gran Via Romania.

    The new project will include two and three-room apartments, with a direct view to Plumbuita lake and park.
