    Agricover Holding successfully financed through an inaugural bond issue on the Bucharest Stock Exchange

    To mark 20 years since the start of operations on the Romanian agricultural market, the Agricover Group carried out the first bond issue worth 40 million Euro, which will be listed in the next period on the regulated market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange ( BVB).

    The bonds issued by Agricover Holding SA are denominated in euro, unsecured, the nominal value of a bond being 50,000 euros, with a coupon rate of 3.5%.

    The amount attracted by the bond issue is intended to finance the lending operations of Agricover Credit IFN SA, a subsidiary of Agricover Holding SA, specialized exclusively in financing Romanian farmers.

    “We are honored by the interest generated by this first bond issue, especially among individuals and institutional investors, and we are excited about the opportunity created to contact, through BVB, the financial community with Romanian farmers , in order to build together a Romanian agriculture that is efficient, competitive and responsible for the environment ”, declared Ștefan Bucătaru, Member of the Board of Directors of Agricover Holding SA, coordinator of operations carried out on capital markets.
