Electrica Furnizare announces support measures for the transition to the competitive market

    Published on

Electrica Furnizare announces new measures to facilitate the access of household consumers to the free market, giving them the necessary time to study the competitive offers and to choose the right one for them.

The company offers a discount to consumers who want to enter the competitive market, but they hadn’t had the time to make an informed decision. The discount applies for the period between 1 January 2021 and the time when they opt for a free market offer, at any time until 31 August 2021. The discount will reflect the difference between the universal service price and the price of the competitive offer chosen by the consumer, thus supporting his easy transition to the competitive market and giving him enough time to make the best choice.

In the same time, Electrica Furnizare supplemented the number of employees in the Call Center, aiming to reduce waiting times, and prioritized the operations carried out within the Customer Relations Centers so that those interested in competitive offers can benefit from the most prompt and complete consultancy in the process of selecting the right offer and concluding the electricity supply contract.
