    Globalworth starts new office building in northern Bucharest

    Real estate developer Globalworth, the biggest owner of office space in Romania, has started the construction of new office building in northern Bucharest.

    Located in the Barbu Vacarescu area, between Globalworth Plaza and Green Court, Globalworth Square project comprises a total rental area of around 28,000 sqm on 14 floors and three underground parking levels.

    “Globalworth Square will be connected to the Green Court complex and Globalworth Plaza, bringing together thousands of employees in one of the most sought-after destinations in the city. We want Globalworth Square to become the most technologically advanced building in Bucharest,” said Dimitris Pergamalis, Head of Construction & Development at Globalworth.

    The project is due to be delivered by the end of 2020.
