Cushman & Wakefield Echinox announces the appointment of Alexandru Mitrache as Head of Transactions – Land & Investment.

Alexandru Mitrache has been the Head of Land Development department within the company for the past three years, offering consultancy for the development and disposal of commercial land. Alexandru holds an MBA at the University of Sheffield, while also being a graduate of the Romanian-American University in Bucharest.

At Cushman & Wakefield Echinox, Alexandru Mitrache was involved in a series of transactions of land plots suitable for mixed developments with an important real estate investment component.

Over the past two years, he has been involved in transactions with a cumulative value of about 100 million Euro, while currently working at a portfolio of projects valued above that threshold.
