CTP announces the appointment of Iulian Ciobotaru as Construction Director. CTP reaffirms its commitment to expanding its portfolio of over 3 million sqm in Romania through new developments in both Bucharest and key regional cities across the country.
Iulian Ciobotaru joined CTP in June 2025 and brings more than 15 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry, spanning project development, construction management, technical coordination, and asset management. A graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering at Gheorghe Asachi Technical University in Iași, he has held a range of technical and leadership roles throughout his career, from civil engineer and site manager to Technical Director, Senior Project Manager, and Regional Director.
In his new role, Iulian Ciobotaru oversees CTP’s construction activities across Romania, coordinating the delivery of new developments and expansions within the company’s growing portfolio.

CTP currently owns a portfolio of over 3 million sqm of industrial and logistics space in Romania, with more than 200,000 sqm under construction and further developments planned across the country.
