    Purcari Wineries expands in Türkiye

    Purcari Wineries, the CEE’s leading wine producer, announced the acquisition of 90 percent stake in a newly established company HTA Danişmanlik Turizm Diş Ticaret Limited Şirketi (the Company).

    The remaining 10 percent of the Company shall be retained by Husnu Tayanc, a seasoned business executive and Purcari’s local partner. The Company is located in İstanbul, Republic of Türkiye.

    Purcari’s establishment of an entity in Türkiye is a step forward to increase its footprint and market position in the Middle East and Africa region.

    The current acquisition is part of the Group’s commercial strategy of developing new markets, after opening a non-commercial Representation Office in China in 2019 and a Trading Company in Ukraine in 2021.
