PeliPartners has decided to promote Denisa Frincu to the position of Senior Associate as of 1 January 2023.

Denisa Frincu has been involved in a variety of transactional and non-transactional matters, including legal due diligence investigations for the acquisition of real estate, development of real estate projects, drafting and negotiating various agreements. She has also advised on fire safety regulations matters, as well as on aspects related to renewable energy.

One of the recent projects Denisa Frincu was involved in was assisting Forte Partners in the sale of U Center 1 building to Paval Holding. She has also assisted a Belgium-based logistic facility developer with respect to the acquisition of a logistic facility in the western part of Romania, including complex due diligence analysis, transaction structuring and transactional assistance.
