Romanian Counter-Guarantee Fund and ADAA sign collaboration protocol

    Published on

The Romanian Counter-Guarantee Fund (FRC) signed with the Association for the Development of Indigenous Entrepreneurship – ADAA a collaboration protocol and joint promotion of their activities and government programs with the aim of disseminating useful information among entrepreneurs and individual beneficiaries of funding.

Through this collaboration protocol, the parties initiate and participate in their own and joint promotion actions, both at the local, regional and national level, with the aim of increasing the level of information among representatives of the Romanian entrepreneurial sector regarding access to available financing, as well as their access conditions and criteria.

Alin Văleanu, President of the FRC Directorate, said: “The year 2022 meant for the FRC the revitalization of the activity and the reactivation of the image of the institution and its role as a partner of the state in government programs intended for both legal entities and individual beneficiaries. The FRC grants guarantees in the name and on behalf of the state in the Innovation and Garant Construct components under the umbrella of IMM Invest Plus, as well as in two national lending programs with interest and state-subsidized commissions for young people: Student Invest and Family Start, run by the Ministry of the Family, Youth and Equal Opportunities, all of which are possible through the network of partner banks”.

Andreea Negru, founder of ADAA, stated: “The partnership between prestigious financial institutions such as FRC and non-profit organizations whose main purpose is to promote examples of good practices, such as the case of ADAA, is necessary because, only together, we can we contribute to the construction of an economic climate conducive to the development of business. Entrepreneurs are reliable partners of FRC programs, and the exchange of information as well as joint activities will give us the possibility of continuous information and dissemination of information to the business community and the public regarding the use of products made available by FRC through credit institutions participating in government programs”.
