“The authorities very little understood that they have to listen to the energy industry. “It was indeed a complicated year. When you have a crisis, you must have the tools and the flexibility to act, and if you need to act on very short notice, you have to do it. Some things can be understood from frequent changes in legislation, others less so. We shouldn’t pretend that everyone knows what invoicing is, but it’s still a business and there are some technical limitations. Most of the time, we were faced with the fact that the legislation itself was inapplicable to certain articles because it was obvious that the method of application was not known”, said the ACUE representative.
