    E.ON Romania appoints Manfred Paach as its new CEO

    After more than 15 years of activity in Romania, Frank Hadinjak, the general manager of E.ON Romania, decided to leave the organization, starting with September 30. Starting with October 1, 2019, Manfred Paach, who previously served as CFO in E.DIS, will be named CEO E.ON Romania.

    At the same time, starting with October 1, Cătălin Iordache, currently CEO of Axpo Romania, will take over the management of E.ON Energia Romania, becoming also the deputy general director of E.ON Romania. These positions are currently occupied by Dan Morari, who decided to leave the E.ON Group, starting October 1.
