British real estate developer London Partners completed Soho Unirii, the biggest residential project developed in the immediate vicinity of Unirii Square from Bucharest. The project comprises 236 apartments from one to four rooms, included in three low-rise buildings, with five floors and a sixth floor retracted. The investment in the developing of Soho Unirii amounted for approximately 26 million Euro.

The British company recently obtained the reception works documents from the authorities, at this moment being undertaken works at the final details of the project, especially in the public areas. The delivery to the buyers will be completed until the end of this summer, depending on the individual cadastral and tabulation processes.

”The Romanian real estate market is very attractive and we are satisfied with the results registered with Soho Unirii, where we basically opened a new area for residential developments, right within the heart of Bucharest. We are looking at different new investment opportunities, being interested in both new residential developments but also in developing mixed used projects, with office and residential spaces”, stated Richard McLaughlin-Duane, Managing Partner London Partners, the project’s developer.

Approximately 70 percent of the apartments within Soho Unirii have already being purchased, the overwhelming percentage of buyers being final users who wanted a new and modern apartments, located near the major interest points from Unirii Square, Tineretului and Timpuri Noi.
