    OMV Petrom approves dividends of 1.76 billion RON for the financial year 2020

    OMV Petrom announces the decisions adopted at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of April 27, 2021. These include, among others, the approval of the budget of OMV Petrom for the current year, the distribution of dividends for the financial year 2020 and the appointment of four new members of the Supervisory Board.

    The Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders approved the proposal of the Management Board to distribute dividends in gross value of 0.031 RON/ share for the financial year 2020, maintaining the same level as in the financial year 2019. The total gross value of dividends to be distributed amounts to 1.76 billion RON, representing 136 percen of the net profit of the group attributable to the shareholders of OMV Petrom SA for the year 2020.

    Also, the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders approved the budget of OMV Petrom S.A. for 2021, which provides for investments worth 3.3 billion RON.

    The Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders approved the appointment of four new members to the Supervisory Board of OMV Petrom, respectively Elena Skvortsova, Wolfram Krenn, Răzvan Nicolescu and Marius Ștefan together with the existing members Rainer Seele, Johann Pleininger, Daniel Turnheim, Jochen Weise and Niculae Havrileţ . The term of office of the Supervisory Board will be 4 years and will start on April 28, 2021.
