The Năstase & Marica Club becomes, during this period, the point of attraction of international padel, hosting a tournament from the official circuit of the International Padel Federation (FIP), the organization that coordinates and develops this sport worldwide. The event brings together athletes from many countries and offers the Romanian public the opportunity to follow at the highest level one of the fastest growing sports disciplines globally.
The International Padel Federation is the global governing body of this sport, with the mission to support the development of padel at all levels, from initiation and performance to professional competitions. Currently, the FIP brings together 100 affiliated national federations from all continents and is responsible for official regulations, international rankings and coordination of the global competition calendar.
