    Published on

CTP announces the appointment of Iulian Ciobotaru as Construction Director. CTP reaffirms its commitment to expanding its portfolio of over 3 million sqm in Romania through new developments in both Bucharest and key regional cities across the country.

Iulian Ciobotaru joined CTP in June 2025 and brings more than 15 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry, spanning project development, construction management, technical coordination, and asset management. A graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering at Gheorghe Asachi Technical University in Iași, he has held a range of technical and leadership roles throughout his career, from civil engineer and site manager to Technical Director, Senior Project Manager, and Regional Director.

In his new role, Iulian Ciobotaru oversees CTP’s construction activities across Romania, coordinating the delivery of new developments and expansions within the company’s growing portfolio.

“It is a privilege to take on the coordination of CTP’s construction activities in Romania and to build on the work I have already been directly involved in over the past year. CTP has established a strong position in the market through a highly experienced team, long-term partnerships, and a clear commitment to quality and sustainable growth. My focus will be on strengthening this foundation as we deliver the next generation of projects: creating the right conditions for our clients to grow, accelerating innovation across our developments, and ensuring that every project we deliver creates lasting value for our clients, shareholders, and the communities where we operate,” says Iulian Ciobotaru, Construction Director at CTP in Romania.

CTP currently owns a portfolio of over 3 million sqm of industrial and logistics space in Romania, with more than 200,000 sqm under construction and further developments planned across the country.
