Real estate developer RRG Real Estate Group (RRG) invested 4 million euros in 2026 in the development of Lakeside11, a residential project located on the shores of Lake Străulești in Bucharest. The total investment planned for the first stage of Lakeside11 amounts to approximately 20 million euros, of which around 13 million euros has already been invested.
Lakeside11 represents RRG’s largest investment to date. According to the company’s CEO, Pavel Kodzik, RRG’s approach has evolved over its two decades of activity. While early projects focused primarily on the building structures themselves, attention subsequently shifted toward integrating developments into their surrounding environment and ensuring their long-term functionality.
According to data provided by RRG, sales for Lakeside11 are approaching 55%. The pace of finalizing pre-contracts and reservations experienced a temporary slowdown due to recent legislative changes and adaptation to the new regulatory framework. Developer representatives note that, amidst market uncertainties, commercial activity remains within projected parameters. Over the past 12 months, apartment prices within the project have increased by an average of approximately 5–7%.
Construction on-site is progressing as follows: Exterior facade work is at an advanced stage, while internal MEP installations and apartment finishing works are progressing according to plan. Internal networks are under execution, water and sewage connections are completed, and the electrical transformer station is fully built. The gas connection permit has been obtained, with execution works scheduled for September 2026.
Lakeside11 is a low-density, business-class residential complex located on the shores of Lake Străulești in northern Bucharest. Phase one of the project comprises 21 double studios, 51 two-room apartments, 15 three-room apartments, 12 three-room apartments featuring large lake-view terraces and a master bedroom, 3 four-room apartments, and 3 penthouse units.
