Electroalfa International, a leading Romanian manufacturer of electrical equipment and provider of EPC and IT services, listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, has completed the acquisition of SPIACT Craiova and Electro Alfa CM (Metal Fabrications). The two acquisitions, worth over 9 million euros, are strategic for the company’s long-term growth and were outlined in the listing prospectus. Electro-Alfa International owns 51% of the shares of SPIACT Craiova and 33% of the share capital of Electro Alfa CM.
