    Vista Bank Romania acquires the financial investment services company Investimental

    Vista Bank Romania signed an agreement for the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Investimental S.A., a financial investment services company. The transaction is expected to be completed in the second quarter of this year and is subject to approval by the Financial Supervisory Authority in Romania.

    Georgios Athanasopoulos, Chief Executive Officer of Vista Bank, stated:
    “This acquisition will strengthen our presence as financial Group in the market and will enable us to offer our clients new financial products and services. Through enhanced digital experience they will have access apart from the local market to all the major markets in Europe and United States. We aim to develop an integrated financial ecosystem where clients can find traditional banking services and diverse investment options with a seamless and intuitive experience’’

    PWC and David & Baias provided financial and legal advice for the transaction.
