The National Investment Company is pleased to announce the reception of the works at the “Gheorghe Dima” National Academy of Music in Cluj-Napoca, where the inaugural concert in the new headquarters will take place on Monday, October 6, 2025.

At the same time, the consolidation, rehabilitation and modernization works of the Mihai Eminescu building within the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest were completed and presented to the public during the inauguration ceremony held on Monday, September 29, 2025, on the occasion of the opening of the new academic year.

This double achievement marks a significant step in our constant commitment to the development of the educational and cultural infrastructure in Romania, contributing to the fulfillment of the CNI’s mission to support projects of public and social interest in the field of education and culture.

On September 29, 2025, in the presence of representatives from the field of education, the central administration and the academic community, the Mihai Eminescu building within ASE Bucharest was inaugurated. The modernization project included works to consolidate, rehabilitate and adapt to contemporary standards of university spaces. It is part of the National Program for Constructions of Public or Social Interest, being financed by the Government of Romania, through the budget of the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Administration, and implemented by CNI. The building now offers modern, efficient and safe spaces, dedicated to the educational process.

The values that define us — responsibility, transparency, efficiency, excellence and solidarity — are reflected in this ambitious approach: through these projects, we are not just erecting buildings, but we are building the premises for an educated, creative and competitive society in the long term,” declared Ms. Manuela Patrascoiu- President of the National Investment Company.

    • These projects are part of our mission to support higher education institutions and cultural centers through financing and professional management.
