In our industry, from the early days of the pandemic period, we started to fast adjust to the new reality and our employees did the same. In energy, people were prepared and knew what to expect but we cannot put too much pressure on them. We have the support services that are fully online at this moment. Starting March this year, teleworking is general status for this department. We managed to adjust quickly. Teleworking could become a common standard at some point. At the decision-making level, the process has also adjusted to remote working.
We have big investments that are under deployment and it is our focus to keep the people engaged and focused. For some projects, we had to isolate people in specific buildings to keep them healthy and apt to interfere when the system needed.
