Ioan Cocan, Tremend Software Consulting: “Give people the opportunity and they will rise to the occasion”

    Published on

“Being a company that works with international clients it was an easy transition to work from home. Now we have to find ways to keep this innovation going. You have to focus more on productivity instead of counting hours and check that people are in the office because obviously that’s not possible. We try do the work online, but we miss some other things,” Ioan Cocan, Managing Partner, Tremend Software Consulting said during the web conference Workplace of the future powered by The Diplomat-Bucharest.

“We see more and more companies differentiated on the experience that they give to the clients. Being digital is even more visible so getting digital is no longer an option,” he explained. “The contribution gives purpose and it’s what motivates people. Autonomy is a good enabler for people to do a great work. We need to create the framework for people to operate in and coach them. Give people the opportunity and they will rise to the occasion.”
