“We have changed our L&D approach. We need to teach people how to learn by themselves,” Ana Krasovschi, Head of HR, Carrefour, said, at L&D Conference 2020 powered by The Diplomat-Bucharest.

“Practice learning is a must in our organization,” she added. “We shifted the responsibility of learning to everybody in the organization. It’s a shift that takes time, but we see that people are much conscious about learning and development.”
