Romgaz Board of Directors, adjourned in the meeting on February 12, 2021, took note of Aristotel Marius Jude’s resignation from the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors. Until the next Board of Directors meeting, Bogdan Nicolae Simescu shall exercise the atributions as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

In the same meeting, Romgaz Board of Directors appointed Aristotel Marius Jude as Chief Executive Officer of Romgaz,starting with February 13, 2021, for a two months temporary mandate.
