“2020 was an adventure for us. We are dealing with companies in distress, so we are trained to solve problems. We tried to analyse what was happening and we interviewed 900 managers and entrepreneurs from large companies. Confidex is a complex survey aimed to X-ray the effects of the crisis on the Romanian economy. Confidex’s findings offer an overview of the current Romanian economy helping the business environment to make informed decisions, observing trends, calculating probabilities, and therefore reducing the effects of the crisis,” Andrei Cionca, CEO Impetum Group said during the Leaders Debate within The Diplomat Awards Gala 2021.

“The survey addresses mainly to large companies in Romania (with over 100K turnover) and has so far attracted the interest of over 900 managers and entrepreneurs acting in the main economic areas contributing to the Romanian GDP. CONFIDEX is unique on the Romanian market and the commencement of the third edition was recently launched. This pandemic has accelerated the transition to a new economy. We tried to keep our people engaged with sports sessions, online parties, we tried to celebrate every moment. We were focusing on two things: understanding  the changes, and keeping our people engaged.”
