Romgaz Board of Directors revoked Adrian Volintiru from position of Chief Executive Office by decision from January 13, 2021, a release shows.

Until the appointment of a new Chief Excutive Officer, the management of S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A., including the legal representation of the Company, shall be temporary exercised by Daniel Corneliu Pena, currently Deputy Chief Excutive Officer of S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A.
