Subway, the largest quick service chain of restaurants in the world, continues to expand, offering customers a new restaurant under the concept of Fresh Forward Décor, in Bistrita. The number of Subway restaurants in Romania increases to 38 units.

„Although it is a very difficult and unstable period for our field of activity, we continue the expansion plan in Romania and open a new Subway® restaurant in the Petrom Viisoara gas station, Bistrita. We want to offer customers the option to serve a sandwich and a coffee after eating, respecting all the rules of safety and social distance. Such locations are ideal for those who travel and want to quickly serve a hot meal. Our products can be easily served in a package, which is very important during this period,” said Andrei Trifan, Business Development Agent for the areas outside Bucharest-Ilfov.

The Subway restaurant in Bistrita was built in 3 and a half months, the total investment raising to 250,000 Euro, this budget included the construction of the building as well as the arrangement of the restaurant and the installation of all the equipment necessary for the operation.
