CTP, the largest developer and administrator of premium industrial and logistics parks in Romania and in Central and Eastern Europe, announces the lease of an area of 450,000 sqm to customers in Romania in the last two years. The buildings were rented to players from retail, e-commerce or automotive.
CTP entered the Romanian market in 2015 and quickly became an industry leader. Currently, the company owns 15 logistics parks (CTPark) in Romania, with an area available for rent (GLA) of over 1,500,000 sqm of class A warehouses, spread in 10 cities in the country. In just five years, the company has become the largest developer and administrator of premium industrial and logistics parks in the country.
Ana Dumitrache, Country Manager of CTP Romania, said: “When I started my sales career, I received restrictive advice on limits and sales targets: I was told that I should not exceed them, because, the following year would have come with even more ambitious targets. I am glad that, after years of experience in the field, I still have that extraordinary joy of exceeding the targets and receiving even more ambitious ones for next year. With the help of an excellent product and thanks to a team of super professionals we have managed to gain the trust of renowned customers including Maersk / IB Cargo, Profi, DSV, DB Schenker, Orange and we are convinced that they will not be disappointed by the buildings or by our team. ”
