    Technology company 2Performant debuts on Bucharest Stock Exchange on December 9

    Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) informs that on December 9 the shares of the technology company 2Performant, the leader of the affiliate marketing market in Romania, will start trading on the AeRO market within BVB’s Multilateral Trading System (MTS). 2Performant shares will be traded under the 2P ticker.

    The company will enter the AeRO market with an anticipated capitalization of 30.8 million RON (6.3 million Euro). This value was calculated as a simple arithmetic average of the values resulting from the application of the method of updating future cash flows (RON 30mn) and the method of comparison by market multiples (RON 31.6mn), according to the Memorandum prepared for admission to trading and published on the BVB website..
