    PwC Romania promotes a Partner in Tax and Legal Services

    PwC Romania announces that starting 1st January 2021, Anda Rojanschi becomes Partner in the Tax and Legal Services department.

    ”I congratulate Anda for her remarkable professional success and I also would like to thank her for the exceptional contribution she has made over the time in the company, as well as for her dedication to colleagues and clients”, said Ionuț Simion, Country Managing Partner PwC Romania.

    Anda Rojanschi coordinates the Mergers and Acquisitions team of D&B David si Baias, the corresponding law firm of PwC Romania, which she has joined since its inception. Since 2008 she has become a Partner within the D&B David si Baias, also holding the position of PwC director.

    Anda Rojanschi holds a degree in Law from the University of Bucharest and was admitted to the Bucharest Bar in 1996, also obtaining legal qualifications in Luxembourg and France. She also has experience in negotiating and structuring complex corporate and real estate transactions, coordinating the legal analysis of the activity that forms the object of the transaction, assisting clients during negotiations and providing them with legal advice until the successful completion of the transaction.
