    MAS Real Estate acquires portfolio developed by Prime Kapital

    The Reff & Associates team has assisted MAS Real Estate in the acquisition and the financing thereof of a portfolio comprising of nine commercial centers developed by Prime Kapital. With a value of 113 million Euro, this transaction is the largest one disclosed this year in real estate.

    The project team, coordinated by Andrei Burz-Pînzaru and Irina Dimitriu, included Simona Iacob, Senior Managing Associate, and Ioana Georgescu, Senior Associate, who covered the real estate aspects, together with Alina Tihan, Senior Managing Associate, and Diana Rotaru, Associate, on the financing work.
