    Impact posts 35 percent increase in sales revenue in first 9 months of 2020

    Impact Developer & Contractor closed the first 9 months of 2020 with revenues from the homes sales with a total value of 135 million lei, increasing by 35% compared to the similar period of 2019. The evolution is due a 23% increase in sales volume, reaching a total of 258 units, the financial report shows.

    Of the 258 homes sold during this period, 156 units were contracted in Greenfield Residence Baneasa and 102 units are luxury apartments in Luxuria Residence compound, in the Expozitiei area. The apartments sold totalled a built area of 21,877 sqm. The results recorded exceed the record level of revenues registered last year, when the company had the best results in the last 10 years.

    In addition to the registered sale-purchase contracts, on September 30, 2020, pre-sale-purchase contracts and reservations were concluded for another 217 apartments in Greenfield and Luxuria, with a value of 120.65 million lei, estimated to turn into revenues in the period Q4 2020 – 2022.
