    Published on

“The most important skills for a manager to master these days is communication and overcommunication,” Ciprian Dan, Location Head, Wipro said during the People Empowering Business Forum 2020. “You need to reach the every single one of your employees. You need to keep people close to you and engaged. Talk to your people about some personal things, not only about business things. It is important to talk to your people and overcommunicate. The feeling is good for moment. We didn’t see any disruption or an impact on quality and productivity. The mental health of our employees is becoming crucial.”
