Sphera Franchise Group appoints Călin Ionescu as its new CEO

Sphera Franchise Group announces the appointment of Călin Ionescu as CEO of the company, with a term of 2 years and 7 months, until May 1, 2023. Călin Ionescu fulfilled the role of Interim General Manager of Sphera since April this year.

“We are going through a difficult period for the HoReCa sector, which aspires to come up with innovative solutions to problems we have never faced and which determine us to be flexible and proactive. In recent months, we have taken decisions that have already had the desired effect, by mitigating the financial impact of control measures on the spread of the pandemic. In this context, my objectives are to continue adapting the business in a complicated environment, so as to guarantee its sustainability and top place in customer preferences,” said Călin Ionescu, CEO Sphera.
