    Impact Developer & Contractor completes reception for the second phase of Luxuria Residence project

    Luxuria Residence, the first luxury project developed by Impact Developer & Contractor in Expozitiei area, held the reception with the authorities for the second development phase. The reception was organized for 4 buildings, with a total of 268 units.

    The units in the second phase of the project have a vast typology: from studios to 2-room, 3-room, or 4-room apartments, as well as duplexes and penthouses. The apartments have total areas ranging from 75 sqm to 349 sqm, heights of 2.8 – 3 meters, and modern design, with luxurious finishes. By June 30th, 2020, 31% of the second phase units were precontracted.

    The second development stage of the compound integrates green spaces, gardens, and a lounge dedicated to residents for various activities, such as networking, remote work, meetings, or reading and relaxation.

    The entire project, which will include 630 apartments, is developed on a 22,500 sqm land plot, out of which 42% (9,650 sqm) is dedicated to green spaces.
