Skanska Romania signs partnership with Bright Spaces

    Published on

The startup PropTech Bright Spaces has concluded a partnership with Skanska Romania for the implementation of its interactive 3D visualization platform for the Equilibrium project, owned by the developer. The platform will be live in October 2020, for the first time on the Romanian market, playing an even more important role in the current context generated by the pandemic.

The partnership between Skanska Romania and Bright Spaces is a continuation of the relationship developed within the PropTech hackathon, organized by Skanska in November 2019 with the support of Proptech Romania. At this event, Bright Spaces won the 1st place for the Leasing category and the 3rd place in the general classification.

Bright Spaces, the startup founded by Bogdan Nicoară and Andrei Constantin, develops the digital solution of the same name, representing the first integrated solution for complete virtual visualization of the available spaces in office buildings. In Romania, the platform will be used for the first time for the Equilibrium project developed and owned by Skanska in the north of Bucharest and will be able to be used starting with October 2020.

The implementation of the Bright Spaces solution for Equilibrium aims to streamline and automate Skanska’s leasing process, presenting the available spaces in the most innovative and interactive way, along with all relevant information about them and digitizing potential customer interactions with the project.
