SUSTAINABILITY IN BUSINESS, IONUT-BOGDAN GRECIA, Board Member Transelectrica: Romanian companies must build on the good practices already existing at the level of European Union

    Published on

In terms of sustainability, the Romanian companies lack a little bit behind the European countries but, exactly because of that, we need to build up on the already exiting good practices. In this respect, within Transelectrica, we ran a complex process of reorganizing and reshaping our work processes, centered on people and around the need to readjust the horizontal flow of processes,” stated IONUT-BOGDAN GRECIA, Board Member Transelectrica

We aim at developing a dynamic company, with an efficient structure, defined by a clear and fast decision-making process. It is very important to diminish the distance between the start and the completion of a process. That is why we are channeling the reorganizing processes on two pillars: sustainability and performance,“ Grecia added.

The statement has been uttered within today’s e-conference dedicated to SUSTAINABILITY IN BUSINESS – Practice what you Preach.

The event benefits from the endorsement of Gold Partners Wipro, Arval, Enel, Telekom, Romgaz, Innova Project Consulting, MOL, Hidroelectrica, Electrica, Transelectrica, Partners Borsec, Sea One, Wave, Supporting associations Department for Sustainable Development of the Government, ACUE, AHK (German-Romanian Chamber of Commerce), BRCC (The British Romanian Chamber of Commerce), ASR (Sustainability Embassy in Romania), ClujIT, Media Partners Outsourcing Today, Financial Intelligence, Economistul, Romania Durabila, Club Economic.
