Cleopatra Leahu, Suciu Popa Attorneys: Companies should address people needs, not only corporate profit

    Published on

Companies should address people needs, not only the corporate profit, said Cleopatra Leahu, Partner, Suciu Popa Attorneys during the online conference  REORGANIZING THE WORK – SAFETY&HEALTH MAKE THE AGENDA, organized by The Diplomat-Bucharest on May 14 and dedicated to the current health & safety aspects defining the workplace right now.

“Whether we like it or not, this work from home is becoming part of the new normal. There are risks that we should take into account, such as cyber security or data protection. Flexible companies will survive this period. We should all increase productivity using smart working. Each company should have prevention protection plans for employees, but also a response plan in case of COVID-19 infections.”
