Communication is paramount nowadays and is related to a new type of leadership, said Radu Mavrodin, Vice President Human Resources, OMV Petromduring the online conference REORGANIZING THE WORK – SAFETY&HEALTH MAKE THE AGENDA, organized by The Diplomat-Bucharest on May 14 and dedicated to the current health & safety aspects defining the workplace right now.

“Everyday is a challenge. This period will reveal true leaders. They should show more empathy, more heart, and use communication from the top-down angle in order to pass the message. Leaders need to reach the individual, but also the collective spirit,” Mavrodin explained.
